From October 29 to November 2, Prof Liming Fan, President of Shandong University, led a delegation to attend the 21st Meeting of Singapore-Shandong Business Council and further promote C-FAIR. On behalf of Shandong University, Liming Fan signed the first four party cooperation project of C-FAIR with Nanyang Technological University, Shanda Dareway Software Co., Ltd and Zhangqiu district government.
