From August 10 to 16, 2019, the 28th International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI) was successfully held in Macao, China. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the IJCAI Conference. As the most wellknown conference in the field of artificial intelligence, IJCAI has put forward many leading AI scientific and technological achievements since its inception in 1969, which is called the Olympic in the field of artificial intelligence.
